Lots of bargain bins - $.50 books!!!
Earthworld specializes in having a wide selection of current material. I am sure that J.C., the owner, orders at least one copy of every comic and graphic novel solicited in PREVIEWS. I have always been able to walk into that store and find a copy of the most obscure title, provided it is only a month or two old. Earthworld has a good selection of recent back issues. He bags and boards recent comics as soon as the current issue arrives, usually charging an extra quarter. He has few back issues from the early Eighties, and only an occasional Seventies or Silver Age issue. His prices are sometimes high. He has several quarter boxes of overstocks. The store is located on a major downtown street across from a police station and is easy to find from the large sign and many prominently displayed promotional posters. The store is clean, well lit and spacious. The store is readily accessible to women and children.
